DELIVERY INFORMATION FOR CLOTHING

Standard and First Class Delivery

We ship most of our merchandise website orders within the UK using Royal Mail. With standard delivery we aim to despatch and deliver orders within  3-5 working days. Please see our delivery charges below.

UK- Standard Delivery Charges

All UK orders will be charged a FLAT RATE of:

CLOTHING: £3.50 (£2.92 ex-vat) per order for 1-3 items and £5.00 (£4.17 ex-vat) for 4 or 5 items.

CLUB MERCHANDISE (KEYRINGS, RECORD BOOKS, BADGES, ETC): £2.00 (£1.67 ex-vat) per order for 1-5 items

For orders containing ore than FIVE items – please contact us for delivery rates.

Collection Information for all Merchandise

All merchandise will be available for collection at one of our events. Please complete which event you would like to collect your goods at when placing your order. 

 

Returns & Refunds

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However if you are not completely satisfied with your order or items are defective you may return any item in its unused original condition to any one of our committee at one of our events for a refund or exchange.

You must inform us that you intend to return the item with 7 days of delivery and at what the event you will be returning the item at by emailing us at: websales@theworkingnewfoundlandclub.co.uk

You must also enclose a note quoting your customer order number, your name address and e- mail address and the reason for your return and whether you require an exchange or a refund. In the case of unwanted items, you will only receive the value of the items purchased, not the delivery costs.

Please note that any opened or used items will not be accepted for refund.

Subject to the above conditions, we will process your request for a replacement item or refund at the earliest opportunity after we receive your goods. We will notify you via email as soon as your request has been processed. In the case of defective goods, you will receive a full refund including postage and packaging costs. 

Refunds will be applied to the credit/debit card used to make the original purchase unless otherwise notified. Refunds will be furnished within 30 days of the accepted request.

If you have requested replacements of a higher value, the difference due will be charged to the card used to pay for the original order.
