I was introduced to Newfoundlands by my husband and instantly fell head over heels! Some thought I was crazy to have a Newfoundland as my first dog but they are fantastic dogs – so full of personality and love. Almost straight away I started the working side with Bryn my first Newfoundland (that’s me and him in the photo) and enjoyed swimming with him so much. He is now working across all the disciplines we train, along with my second Newfoundland Ned. I have a found a new life and love in working Newfoundlands and now judge and steward as well as training my and others’ dogs.
